Local Fraud Case – My Concern BCllr Rose may have got things wrong. My allegations are most of the statements made by Rose through the monitoring officer comes under the DARVO situation.
My involvement in the local fraud case was that i was Chairman and Investigatory officer or the Welney Parish Council. The fact my own company had gone down may or may not have contributed in the way Welney Parish Council saw my whistleblowing efforts. Below is the beginning of a complaint about a local borough councillor.
I contacted DI Estelle Skues who had never heard of Borough Cllr Rose and could not never remember any case in connection with the allegations made by Borough Cllr Rose. DI Estelle Skues while she was on the phone she searched through her computer and confirmed there was no offences or investigations against me as far as she was concerned but she suggested the fact BCllr Rose had mentioned the CPS had ruled against me and suggested to contact ACRO to see if there was anything listed in the police records. I was also advised to check out with the Suffolk and Norfolk police office using the appropriate forms on there website which I did.
The points made on the image. I think I can be seen that by the fact I have provided hard evidence which has debunked Rose’s Statement that i have been investigated and CPS have ruled against me. The same could be said for 90% of the information Rose has sent to the monitoring officer and need to I could find 90% to debunk what he has said. In point of fact Rose has created a DARVO situation (the fact that Rose states i cannot provide no paperwork on allegations i make this is typical of a DARVO situation when it is claimed that one person has got no evidence but in fact it is Rose himself that has no backup or paperwork to come up with 90% of this information given to monitoring officer. Where he classifies me where changes me from a genuine whistle-blower to a person who is disingenuous vexatious complainer. This is clearly to cover up various illegal activities which have recently been perpetrated to the disadvantage of the village in connection with the Parish Council non-transparency. I think you will see by my CV I have been connected with this village for 60 years what would be the reason to make up stories and lies.
My own involvement with the Welney Parish Council Fraud Case whilst I was Chair & Supervisor of the alleged Clerk Fraud during 2020 – 2021.
Details attached below and a timeline of events, where the perpetrator plea bargain to pay all the monies back that had been stolen for a caution. But to my amazement after i had resigned from the parish council due to immobility. When i came out of hospital in early 2022 it was clear to me for some reason the case against the perpetrator had been dropped and just a caution had been served. The £20k outstanding was never recovered.
